On a base of book pages, which I have attached to stretched canvas. I have layered spray paint and acrylic paint using stencils and freehand silhouettes to create this cute series, which explores classic Penguin book titles.
Rather than writing the title of the book for a bit of fun the penguin acts out the scene getting the viewer to guess the title, I have added the Authors name ‘Ken Kesey’ as it really is their work of art.
Medium: Acrylic and spray paint on book pages attached to cotton stretched canvas, it has been finished with satin varnish, signed on the front ‘Debstar’ my street name :) and is ready to hang.
